• All vehicles are legally sold to the buyer with no outstanding debt attached to them but it is the buyers responsibility to confirm this.

• All paperwork supplied is what is supplied to us and CL Promotions are not responsible for any discrepancies

• CL Promotions will not tolerate any abuse towards staff members, whether threatening or otherwise. We have the right to close your account immediately if you are found to have verbally threatened or otherwise, any staff members, specifically after you have been warned, not too, repeatedly.

• Once any account is opened, no refunds will be given whatsoever, unless CL Promotions are found not to offer you what we have described above. 

• If you have joined as an affiliate member, you are entitled to help and assistance, which you are required to ask for when and as you need it.

• Non-affiliates will need to upgrade and pay the difference if they require help and assistance beyond purchasing a vehicle.

• Any discounts offered will be included within the emails sent to affiliate of up-to 10% on selected vehicles only.

• Management decision is final on all matters.
